We offer Standard and Express Shipping Australia-wide.
Free Standard Shipping is available on Australian orders over $300 AUD.
Orders are packed and dispatched on business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays and peak periods.
New Zealand
We ship directly to customers throughout New Zealand.
Standard and Express options are available, with shipping rates calculated based on the weight of your order.

United States
MATAI ships to the United States from Australia.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and service selected for your order.

Dispatch & Tracking
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Our daily dispatch cut-off is 10:00 AM Sydney time. Orders placed after the cut-off may be processed on the following business day.
