This Mobile Terms of Service and SMS Communications Policy applies to mobile messaging and SMS marketing services operated by MATAI Watches, through MATAI Arts and Innovation Pty Ltd.
MATAI Watches uses third-party messaging platforms, including Klaviyo and SMSBurst, to communicate with customers about products, promotions, sales and other relevant updates.
1. SMS Marketing Program
Customers who subscribe to MATAI Watches SMS marketing may receive messages relating to:

Consent to receive marketing communications is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing products from MATAI Watches.
Providing your phone number for order processing, delivery or customer support does not automatically constitute consent to receive promotional SMS messages.
MATAI Watches will only send promotional SMS messages where the required consent has been obtained or another lawful basis applies.

MATAI Watches does not charge a subscription fee for receiving promotional SMS messages.
Standard messaging and data charges from your mobile provider may apply.

These messages are separate from marketing communications where they do not contain promotional content.

We do not sell mobile subscriber information as a standalone product.

7. Message Delivery
SMS delivery depends on mobile network availability, telecommunications providers and technical conditions.
MATAI Watches cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered immediately or without interruption.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers subscribing to SMS marketing must provide a valid mobile number they are authorised to use.
If your mobile number changes or you believe you have received messages in error, please contact us.
9. Changes to SMS Services
MATAI Watches may update, modify or discontinue its mobile messaging program from time to time.
We may also change the third-party platforms used to deliver SMS communications.
Any changes will be managed in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
10. Australian Legal Compliance
MATAI Watches intends to operate its mobile messaging services in accordance with applicable Australian legislation, including the Spam Act 2003 and relevant privacy requirements.
All promotional SMS communications must include appropriate sender identification and a functional unsubscribe method.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
